Faulty Goods
In the highly unlikely event of being sent faulty goods please return the goods with a description of the faults. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after purchase we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage. We do not accept any responsibility for products that have been wrongfully installed or damaged by yourself

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge

Exchange of Goods
We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Sorry, we will not be able to refund your return postage costs for an exchange.

Delivery Times
It is our policy to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. In most cases we dispatch the orders the same day or the day after the order has been placed. Delivery usually takes about 3-5 working days and is FREE in the UK. Deliveries to mainland Europe usually arrive within 7 working days and incur a postage fee. However, please allow 28 days for delivery.
